And now, ending the long unanswered query, Akhil Marar has finally revealed the money he usually demands for inauguration ceremonies.

“I charge Rs 5 lakh for inauguration ceremonies. I know it is a tad high considering the normal price range, but people are calling me. I am happy if I get one such inauguration a month. It is no good to live a life of mendicant always. We need money” Akhil said.

“Once I used to beg for Rs 3000 for travel expenses. Now the same people who wrote me off have emerged again praising me, and it brings a certain happiness, maybe a shrewd happiness.”
