Long wait ends, Jawan's OTT release date fixed

A good lot of reviews and astute predictions called 2023 the year of SRK. The King Khan of Bollywood had two releases so far in 2023 and both of them did wonders at the box office. “Pathan” took the theatres by storm while “Jawan” gifted a theatre exuberance and portrayed SRK in unprecedented charisma on the silver screen. The box office collection of Jawan has surpassed even Rs 1150 crores as per reports. However, in December, Shah Rukh Khan is readying for his third release of 2023, which is "Dunki".

With Dunki's release almost around the corner, uncertainty loomed over the OTT release of Jawan albeit the movie completing its theatre run by September. Streaming giant Netflix owns the rights to the movie and if the sly cues are to be believed, the movie will be streamed within two days’ time.

SRK’s birthday falls on November 2 and Netflix has been showing no chill, intriguing fans with tacit clues and hints about the streaming date. The streaming platform has been reminding people about SRK’s arriving birthday on an everyday basis. This evoked doubts in many about the possible date for Jawan’s OTT premiere.
