Finally: Sanju Samson gets call-up to Indian ODI team for South Africa tour

MUMBAI: All the constant ramblings, protests and outrage can douse down a bit as Kerala cricketer Sanju Samson has been included in India's ODI squad for the South Africa tour. Meanwhile, Sanju has not been included in the T20 squad while Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were omitted from the T20 squad.

All those who played the T20 series against Australia were retained for the South African tour while Ruturaj Gaikwad found his place in all three formats. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma will lead the Test team with Virat Kohli as a key player.

Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan were included in the team while Ajinkya Rahane and Test format veteran Cheteshwar Pujara were shown the door. Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav were excluded from the ODI team. Yuzvendra Chahal meanwhile found his place in the team.
