KANNUR: A woman allegedly created a ruckus while under the influence of alcohol and abused and assaulted a police sub inspector when he tried to intervene. The police said Razina, a resident of Thalassery is a constant 'headache' for the people of her hometown. Razina, a native of Kooli Bazaar drove dangerously under the influence of alcohol and hit other vehicles.
