Father, two children found hanging in Kollam

KOLLAM: A man was found dead along with his two children in Kollam Pattathanam on Friday. The preliminary conclusion is that the father killed the children and committed suicide. Jawahar Nagar resident Jose Pramod (41), and children Devanarayan (9) and Devananda (4) were found hanging inside the house. The shocking news came out early Friday morning.

The bodies of the children were found hanging at the bottom of the staircase while the body of Jose was found in the bedroom. It is reported that Jose and his wife Lakshmi were at odds for a long and occasionally quarrelled for various reasons. Lakshmi was staying in a nearby hostel in connection with her undergraduate studies. The police say that the cause of death will be known only after the post-mortem.
