Malayali expat kidnapped and killed in Dubai, body buried; Pakistanis are behind murder

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Dubai Police have registered a case against the Pakistanis who kidnapped and murdered a Malayali expat in Dubai. The deceased is Thiruvananthapuram Peroorkada native Anil Vincent.

Anil, the PRO of a trading company, had gone missing on January 3. Anil's brother Prakash is also working in the same company. According to Prakash, on January 3, Anil had gone with his Pakistani colleague to check the stock.

As Anil did not return, Prakash lodged a missing complaint with the police. It is said that work-related hostility led to the murder of Anil. Police have arrested 2 persons. The driver of the vehicle in which the body was taken for burial was also a native of Pakistan. He has fled to Pakistan.
