KOZHIKODE: Some companies used to give out expensive gifts to top-performing employees. Sometimes, the gifts get so expensive that they make it into news columns. Now a company in Kozhikode is making headlines by giving super-expensive gifts to its employees.
Kozhikode-based Cap Index has awarded an SUV to the company's general manager along with a car and electric scooters to other top-performing employees. This is not any other car we are talking about but an Audi Q3. The petrol automatic variant was gifted to Cap Index's general manager Umar P V . The ex-showroom price of this SUV is around Rs 43.80 lakh to Rs 54.21 lakh. The car is powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine that produces 190 PS of power and 320 Nm of torque.
Apart from the general manager, one of the top performing assistant general managers was also gifted a Hyundai Venue and three other employees an Ola electric scooter.
