BDJS announces candidates; Thushar Vellapally in Kottayam, Sangeetha Viswanathan in Idukki

KOTTAYAM: BDJS has announced its candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. The party has four seats. Thushar Vellapally is contesting in Kottayam. Thushar Vellappally expressed confidence, stating there is a hundred percent hope that the NDA will win in Kottayam. In Idukki, Sangeetha Vishwanathan is the candidate. She serves as BDJS state vice president.

Thushar Vellappally mentioned that Sangeetha had contested in the previous assembly elections. Biju Kalashala and K A Unnikrishnan will compete in Mavelikkara and Chalakudy respectively. The final decision regarding the candidates was made in the state committee meeting held yesterday. Though the candidates were not announced earlier, Thushar clarified that campaigning had commenced at the grassroots level for the past six months.
