IMD predicts summer rain in nine districts in Kerala for next three days

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted summer rains in nine districts in the state for the next three days. It is in Kottayam, Ernakulam, Idukki, Wayanad, Alappuzha, Kannur, Kozhikode, Kasaragod and Thrissur districts. There will be light rain in the evening. Rain is not likely in southern districts. According to the IMD, high temperatures will be recorded in Palakkad district today at 39 degrees, Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts at 38 degrees, Kottayam, Kozhikode and Thrissur districts at 37 degrees.
