'I have another program on that day'; RLV Ramakrishnan declines Suresh Gopi's invitation

PALAKKAD: RLV Ramakrishnan on Friday declined the invitation he received from actor and BJP leader Suresh Gopi to perform 'Mohiniyattam' during the festival at the actor's family temple in Kollam. Earlier today, Suresh Gopi had invited Ramakrishnan to perform at the Bharanikkavu temple in Kollam.

Ramakrishnan said that he was politely declining the invitation extended by Suresh Gopi as he had another program on the very same day. He also thanked Suresh Gopi for offering him a stage to perform 'Mohiniyattam'.

Ramakrishnan also said that he will perform Mohiniyattam in the streets of Kerala in protest against the abusive remarks made by Kalamandalam Sathyabhama. He said this after inaugurating the College Day at the Govt Victoria College in Palakkad.
