Membership for Mohanlal in directors’ union on 32nd anniversary of Kamaladalam

KOCHI: Mohanlal has been granted a membership in the directors’ union. The membership was handed over to him by director Sibi Malayil at the film employees meet held in Kochi. The specialty is that the actor is receiving the membership on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of his superhit film Kamaladalam. The directors' union of Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA) decided to give membership to Mohanlal's union after he donned the role of a director with his film 'Barroz'.

The employees meet under the leadership of FEFKA started at 11 am at the Kadavantra-Rajiv Gandhi Indore Stadium. Nearly 5000 employees from 21 trade unions related to Malayalam films attended the meet. Mohanlal, Tovino Thomas Soubin Shahir, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Anaswara Rajan and many others from the film industry attended the meet. The inauguration of health and safety scheme was also held.
