Man, daughter run over by tipper lorry in Perumbavoor

KOCHI: A man and his daughter were killed after a tipper lorry ran over them. The accident happened on the M C Road at Perumbavoor in Ernakulam. The dead have been identified as Eldhose of Kothamangalam Karukadom and his daughter Blessy. The tipper lorry ran over them who were on a bike.

Eldhose was an agricultural assistant in Palakkad. Blessy was a nursing student. The accident happened when Eldhose was going to drop his daughter at Angamaly railway station. The tipper hit them from behind.

Blessy died on the spot and Eldhose on way to the hospital. The body of Blessy is kept at Perumbavoor Taluk Hospital and Eldhose at the mortuary of Angamaly Little Flower Hospital.
