Believers Eastern Church President Athanasios Yohan passes away

PATHANAMTHITTA: Athanasios Yohan Metropolitan (KP Yohannan), President of Believers Eastern Church, passed away. He was 74 years old. He was undergoing treatment in an accident while taking a morning walk in the United States yesterday. He was hit by a car while walking. He died while in critical condition at Methodist Hospital in Dallas.

Four days ago, K P Yohannan arrived in America. He usually takes his morning walk on the campus of Believers Church in Dallas. At 5.15am Indian time, a vehicle hit him on the road outside the church.
