MUMBAI: Actress and model Noor Malabika Das was found dead in her flat in Mumbai. The initial conclusion of the police is that she committed suicide. The decomposing body of the actress was found during the inspection conducted by the police after the neighbours reported that there was a foul smell coming from the flat.
Malabika, a former air hostess with Qatar Airways, hails from Assam. The actress lived in a flat in Lokhandwala in Mumbai. Medicines and mobile phones were recovered from the flat. The body will be handed over to the relatives after post-mortem.
She gained attention through web series and played important roles in several web series including Siskiyaan, Walkaman Upaya, and Charamsukh. Malabika has acted in Kajol's web series 'The Trial' and a few Hindi films. The All India Cine Workers Association called the death mysterious and demanded an inquiry from the state government.

Noor Malabika Das's last social media post was five days ago in Instagram. She had wrote "There is only one face and that is @noormalabika1 matching with no one else nd I no need to see the mirror my beauty is according to your reflection.
