Actors Arjun Ashokan and Sangeeth Prathap sustain injuries during film shoot

KOCHI: Five people sustained injuries in a car accident during the shoot of a film. The car in which actors Arjun Ashokan, Sangeeth Prathap and Mathew Thomas were traveling overturned leading to the accident. All three actors sustained minor injuries in the accident while shooting a chasing scene on M G Road in Kochi.

The car hit two bikes parked on the road and the two motorists were injured. The accident happened during the shooting of the film 'Bromance'. The car was driven by the stunt master of the film. The accident happened Saturday early morning at 1.30 am.

The CCTV footage of the accident is also out. The car overturned after losing control and hit the car in front. This car hit the bike of a food delivery boy parked on the roadside. The overturned car moved forward and hit the bikes there.

'Bromance' is produced by Aashiq Usman under the banner of Aashiq Usman Productions. The film is directed by Arun Jose after 'Jo and Jo' and ‘18 Plus’. The pooja function of the film was held at Kakkanad a few days ago.

The film also stars Mahima Nambiar, Kalabhavan Shajon and Binu Pappu in lead roles and is written by ADJ, Ravish Nath and Thomas P Sebastian. Music is composed by Govind Vasantha.
