Mammootty, Dulquer extend support to Wayanad, hands over amount to CM's relief fund; Bigg Boss star delivers essentials to affected people

KOCHI: Actors Mammootty and Dulquer Salmaan have extended a helping hand to the people affected by the landslides in Wayanad. It is reported that Mammootty donated Rs 20 crore to the Chief Minister's distress relief fund, while Dulquer Salmaan donated Rs 15 lakhs. Minister P Rajeev received the amount donated as part of the Mammootty Care Foundation.

Meanwhile, Bigg Boss star Abhishek Sreekumar has also come out to help the affected people in Wayanad. Abhishek is delivering necessary items such as rice and salt to the people of Wayanad. He has also shared a video of this on his Instagram page.

'I know this will be nothing if we look at the situation in Wayanad. But I am doing what I can. I remember how I drank porridge without salt when I was in Bigg Boss. It is very difficult to drink porridge like that. Hence, I am delivering salt along with rice. I saw several collection centres on the way.
