'Highest donation yet' ; Superstar Prabhas donates Rs two crore for Wayanad relief fund

HYDERABAD: Telugu superstar Prabhas joined the bandwagon of other superstars to donate to the chief minister’s relief fund for the Wayanad landslides. The actor donated two crore rupees to CMRF, an unprecedented sum from an actor outside mollywood.

Apart from Malayalam, actors from Tamil and Telugu film industries have donated to the Chief Minister's relief fund. Actor Chiranjeevi and his son Ramcharan had given Rs 1 crore together and Allu Arjun Rs 25 lakhs. Chiranjeevi informed the news through his X account.

Allu Arjun, an actor with a popular fan base in Kerala, expressed deep sorrow over the devastation in Wayanad and said that Kerala has always given him immense love. Mohanlal, Mammootty, Vikram, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, Karthi, Jyothika, Rashmika Mandana, Asif Ali, Dulquer Salmaan, Nayanthara, Tovino, Fahad Fazil, Nazriya and many other stars have donated for Wayanad.
