Hansika Krishna’s wedding gift to sister Diya Krishna goes viral, video

Instagram influencer and actor Krishnakumar’s daughter, Diya Krishna, tied the knot with Ashwin Ganesh in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends. The wedding took place at O By Tamara, Thiruvananthapuram. Wedding photos and videos have quickly spread across social media.

A heartwarming moment from the celebrations is the special wedding gift from Diya's sister, YouTuber Hansika Krishna. Hansika accompanied Diya and Ashwin to Lulu Mall in Thiruvananthapuram, where she invited them to choose outfits of their choice. Hansika documented the entire shopping trip on her YouTube channel, gifting Ashwin a shirt and Diya a gown as part of the wedding festivities.

Following the wedding, Diya spoke briefly to the media, revealing that she and Ashwin had been in love for two years. "We didn't study together but he was part of my friend circle. I’ve always wanted a private wedding, surrounded by the people who truly matter to me and that’s exactly what happened. It was beautiful," Diya shared.

Diya’s sister, actress Ahana Krishna, clarified that there would be no wedding reception. Instead, the couple celebrated with three ceremonies: Haldi, Sangeet and the wedding. Ashwin Ganesh, Diya’s groom, is a software engineer from Tirunelveli.
