Significant climate change expected today and tomorrow in UAE; expats should pay attention

ABU DHABI: The National Center of Meteorology has issued a weather alert, predicting significant climate changes in the UAE today and tomorrow. According to the forecast, there is a possibility of heavy rain till noon and cloudy weather by night.

There is a possibility of fog formation in some coastal and inland areas of the country by tonight. Tomorrow morning, the atmosphere is likely to become humid. Light winds may blow. There will be light winds in the Oman Sea and moderate winds in the Arabian Sea.

The temperature in the country's mountainous regions is expected to drop to 15 degrees Celsius. In inland areas, the maximum temperature is likely to reach up to 38 degrees Celsius. The humidity level is likely to increase to 90 per cent in inland areas and 15 per cent in mountainous regions.
