Woman found lying dead inside bathroom; strange marks on face

BENGALURU: In a shocking incident, a woman was found lying dead inside the bathroom of her relative's house. Lakshmi (24), the wife of Andhra Pradesh Tirumala native Venkitaramana, was found dead at her relative's house in Nelamangala in Bengaluru.

Venkitaramana, a merchant, and wife Lakshmi arrived at their relative's house in Nelamangala on Sunday morning. Following this, she went to the bathroom to take a bath. However, Lakshmi did not come out of the bathroom even after a long time. Although her husband and relatives knocked on the bathroom door, there was no response. Concerned, they broke open the door and found Lakshmi lying unconscious on the floor. There were some unusual marks on her face. Although Lakshmi was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, her life could not be saved.

The police stated that the cause of the young woman's death remains unclear. There is a mystery surrounding the marks found on her face. The body has been shifted to the Nelamangala hospital for post-mortem, the police said.
