Victory of every party worker; PM overjoyed with BJP's victory in Delhi assembly election

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi hails BJP on its smashing win in Delhi elections and said Delhi is like a mini Hindustan now. He was addressing the party workers after the victory in the party headquarters. The PM did not hold back and thanked the voters for their support and belief in BJP.

'We aim for the development of Delhi. Delhi is disaster-free now. There is no room for Luxury, arrogance and chaos here now. The message is now loud and clear that there are no shortcuts in politics. We will work for Delhi day and night. NDA will work for people and I guarantee Delhi's development. BJP always takes care of the well-being of the middle class. Every worker has contributed to this victory. People believe in this double-engine government,' says the PM.

BJP recorded a tremendous win in the Delhi assembly elections this time and won 48 seats. It is after 27 years that the BJP returns to power in the national capital. Aam Aadmi party who faced a major setback this time could win only 22 seats.
