Suicide of woman in Kalladikode; husband and girlfriend arrested

PALAKKAD: Police have arrested the husband of Ransiya, the woman who committed suicide last week in Kalladikode, Palakkad. Ransiya's husband Shefees and his girlfriend Jamseena were arrested by the Hemambika Nagar police on Wednesday evening.

Both Shefees and Jamseena have been charged with abetment to suicide. Ransiya committed suicide on the 5th of this month at her husband's house in Puthuppariyaram.
