Class nine girl sexually assaulted in Alappuzha; two students arrested

ALAPPUZHA: Two minors who sexually assaulted a ninth-grade girl have been arrested. The students studying in Plus One and Plus Two were arrested by the Alappuzha South police. The ninth-grade girl met them through Instagram.

The girl was taken to Alappuzha beach at night and raped, according to the statement. The accused were produced before the juvenile court after completing the formalities. The police clarified that the names and information of the accused cannot be released as they are minors.
