Kerala with long list of demands; CM holds talks with Union Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman

NEW DELHI: The meeting between Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has ended. The two met at 9 am at Kerala House in Delhi. Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar and special representative K V Thomas also attended in the talks. The union minister, who arrived at Kerala House on Wednesday morning, was received by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and K V Thomas.

The union minister's visit was an unofficial one. The union minister left after having breakfast. The discussion lasted for about 50 minutes. It is reported that many issues like the economic crisis, Wayanad, loans, and Vizhinjam were discussed.
