"Videos are coming one after the other like episodes of web series; Am I a rapist?": Bala files complaint against Elizabeth, Amrutha Suresh and 'Chekuthan'

KOCHI: Actor Bala has filed a police complaint against his ex-partner Elizabeth, ex-wife Amrita Suresh and YouTuber Aju Alex aka 'Chekuthan'. In the complaint, the actor says that he is being continuously humiliated through social media. Bala filed the complaint in person at the Kochi City Commissioner's office along with his wife Kokila.

Bala's complaint is that he is being continuously humiliated through social media by YouTuber Aju Alex. 'I received an anonymous phone call demanding to pay Rs 50 lakh to Aju Alex. I did not give in to it. The defamation campaign is continuing since then,' the complaint says.

'I and my family are being harassed. If someone in Kerala does not have money, they can make money by talking badly about me. This is being taken as a profession. They are insulting a celebrity by calling him by name. Videos are coming one after the other like episodes of web series. Let me ask you a question from the bottom of my heart... Am I a rapist? Can a man rape a woman for one and a half to two years? It is rape only if he does it to someone once, right? I am a kidney patient. Elizabeth came only after the operation. Where was Elizabeth for the last one and a half years? I won't say much because I have filed a complaint,' Bala told the media.

For the past few days, Bala's ex-partner Elizabeth had been making serious allegations against Bala through social media. The other day, Elizabeth had come forward against Bala's wife Kokila also. Bala has now filed a complaint with the police following this.
