THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister K B Ganesh Kumar has taken a dig again at Union Minister and actor Suresh Gopi. Ganesh Kumar clarified that he admitted having a hat and that is what I said. Not only a hat, Suresh Gopi had also attended an event in police attire. That incident had turned controversial. The minister clarified that some people see it with disdain even if it is a joke. It is good that Kunchan Nambiar died earlier. Otherwise, he would have had to face a lot of attacks, said Ganesh Kumar.

Ganesh had taunted Suresh Gopi the other day. Ganesh Kumar said that he had told before the election that Suresh Gopi would be like this, and now all I have to say is that everyone will suffer now.

'I am not saying anything about Suresh Gopi anymore. When I said before the election that he would be like this, people who did not pay heed to it should suffer now. After hearing my election speech, many have asked me why saying all this. Yesterday too, someone asked me what is wrong with him.

In response, I said that the problem is not with Suresh Gopi, but with the people of Thrissur who made him win. This is an opinion of a person whom I know for years. Let's pray to God that the people of Thrissur will benefit from him. Years ago, after he played the role of Bharath Chandran in the film Commissioner, there would be a police officer’s cap with ‘IPS’ written on it in the rear of his car. If anyone remembers it, notice it. That cap was there for a while,' said Ganesh Kumar.
