Path to justice will be opened in the country; Congress adopts resolution at AICC Session

AHMEDABAD: The Congress political resolution states that it is committed to ensuring the path of justice and that the Modi government is doing injustice to the country. It will walk the path of struggle and build a future of hope. The AICC session also passed a special resolution aiming to reclaim Gujarat.

Unemployment, economic inequality, hateful polarization, and government-sponsored atrocities are being imposed. Even the Constitution is being attacked. The Modi government is driven only by the desire to maintain power at all costs.

The independence of the Election Commission is being eroded. The judiciary is also being attacked. The resolution, which strongly criticizes the Center on the Waqf Bill, Manipur, National Education Policy, and Kashmir, also says that a caste census is essential.

More powers for DCCs

Rahul Gandhi said that a detailed roadmap and action plan will be prepared to strengthen DCCs. DCCs will have new powers and responsibilities. Kharge and Rahul will visit each state and organize a one-day workshop. The meeting will begin in Gujarat on the 15th of this month. A meeting will be held in Rajasthan on the 28th. AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal said that discussions were also held on strengthening block, village and booth-level committees.
