Light rain to continue in southern districts; caution advised due to black sea phenomenon

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Light rain is expected to continue in the southern districts of the state, while high temperatures are predicted for the northern districts during the day.

The National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has stated that waves ranging from 1.3 to 1.4 meters may rise along the Kanyakumari coast until 11:30 pm tonight due to the black sea phenomenon. Coastal residents and fishermen have been advised to remain cautious.
