Malappuram native MBBS student among those who came from Iran; Fadila Kachakaran boards 8.20 pm flight

NEW DELHI: Fadila Kachakaran, a native of Mudikode, Malappuram, is also among those who returned from Iran through Operation Sindhu. She is a second-semester MBBS student at Shahid Behishti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran. Fadila arrived in Iran last September.

Her father, Mohammed Kachakaran, a civil engineer in Saudi Arabia, had also arrived in Delhi to receive her daughter. Fadila and her father returned to Kochi on an 8.20 pm flight.

A special mission team has been formed at Delhi Kerala House under the leadership of Additional Resident Commissioner Chetan Kumar Meena to provide facilities to Malayalis returning from Iran. The special task force consists of NORKA Development Officer Shajimon J, Liaison Officer Rahul K Jaiswar, Protocol Officer Rajikumar R, Baiju B, Resident Engineer Dennis Rajan, Munawar Juman C, Sreegesh N, NORKA Assistant Bijo Jose, Jayaprasad A, Jithinraj T, Sachin S, Jayaraj P Nair, Anoop V, Vishnuraj PR, Sibi Jose, Sudheesh Kumar PM, Jayesh R, and Binoy Thomas.
