Aishwarya and Abhishek don't let daughter Aaradhya use social media and smartphones; here's why

Actor Abhishek Bachchan has revealed the reason why his daughter Aaradhya is not active on social media. He made the revelation in an interview with Nayanadeep Rakshit’s online channel. Abhishek also praised his wife Aishwarya Rai for the way she is raising their daughter.

"My daughter is not on any social media platforms. She doesn’t have a phone of her own. We believe we have raised her to be a responsible young girl. We don’t want to change her personality. She will continue to be the way she is now. Aaradhya is growing up into a young woman. She is the pride and joy of our family. Aishwarya and I are blessed because of her. There’s nothing like the happiness and peace of returning home to a loving and calm family after all the busyness," said Abhishek Bachchan.

"All the credit goes to Aishwarya for taking care of Aaradhya’s needs and fulfilling all the responsibilities of a mother. I truly believe that mothers have a special ability to prioritize their children above everything else," he added.

Abhishek also shared his views on social media, stating that it is not a platform conducive to healthy discussions. He said he mainly uses social media for professional purposes.
