'Lokah' just one major achievement away from becoming all-time highest-grossing Mollywood film

With 80 crores from Kerala and over 100 crores in the overseas market, Malayalam movie Lokah is trudging ahead, aiming to become an all-time grossing movie in Malayalam. Lokah has surpassed major milestones and is only left to break the record set by the movie ‘2018’.

In just 17 days, Lokah crossed the Rs 233 crores overall collection set by Mohanlal’s movie ‘Thudarum’. The movie also broke the record of ‘Manjummel Boys’, which earned 242 crores worldwide. Up next is Empuraan(266 crores), which Lokah expects to surpass in the coming days.

Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films film "Lokah - Chapter One: Chandra" became a rave not just in Kerala but abroad too for its novel genre, infusing mythology with contemporary times. Dulquer Salmaan's seventh film, produced by Wayfarer Films, "Lokah - Chapter One: Chandra", has become the second film to collect more than 100 crores abroad.

Lokah, starring Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead roles, is written and directed by Dominic Arun.
