Woman found dead in quarry; husband taken into custody

PALAKKAD: A woman has been found dead in a quarry. She has been identified as Anjumol (23), wife of Yugesh of Acheeri House in Vakkadapuram. Her body was found in the red rock quarry in Elambulasseri near her house. There were some injured marks on her neck. She may have fallen into the quarry when her husband, Yugesh, grabbed her by the neck and pushed her during a family dispute. The police have taken him into custody.
