Chance to win up to Rs. 15,000 for those between 15 and 40 years of age: Last date October 5

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Youth Commission is organising a chess competition for the youth at the state level in connection with the celebration of National Youth Day. The competition will be held in Kannur on October 7. The first prize is Rs. 15,000, the second and third place winners will get Rs. 10,000, Rs. 5,000 and the fourth to eighth place winners will get Rs. 3,000 each.

Those between the ages of 15 and 40 who wish to participate in the competition should send their detailed bio-data, including their photograph and FIDE rating, to the email address official.ksyc@gmail.com or to the Commission office at Vikas Bhavan in person or by post.
