'Not interested in any fight, speak carefully'; Saji Cherian tried to expel me from party, says G Sudhakaran

ALAPPUZHA: Senior CPM leader and former minister G Sudhakaran came forward harshly criticizing Minister Saji Cherian. He said Saji Cherian has a role in trying to oust him from the party. He said that he is not interested in any fights and asked to speak carefully.

He clarified that he has not said anything against the party. 'Saji Cherian does not understand the post he serves. A media had reported fourteen things he said which is against the party's interest. He was removed from the cabinet for some time and a person like him is coming to advise me. Although he thinks he has the eligibility, age or ideological sense to advise me, the people do not think so. Conduct a study about us amongst the people.

It would be good if Saji Cherian speaks carefully. He fought with me? I speak against people who speak against party policy and criticize leaders. That is by standing firm in the party. This will continue. I am doing this so that the party in Alappuzha does not get destroyed,' said Sudhakaran.

Saji Cherian had the other day said that G Sudhakaran should go along with the party. He had said that should work to strengthen the party and was ready to discuss the issues with an open mind.
