THRISSUR: After the court verdict acquitting actor Dileep in the actress attack case, the lawyer of the victim, Advocate TB Mini, came under intense cyber-attack. Now, the lawyer posted on Facebook describing her experience on her way to the court in Thrissur from Aluva this morning.

Mini confessed that she went through severe mental stress after hearing the verdict pronounced by the court on 8th. The advocate revealed how the girl at the ticket counter, among others, came to take a selfie with her at the railway station that day.

TB MINI:

“Today I was going to the Thrissur court for the case. I was in a state of delirium after hearing the verdict on 8th. Many people consoled me through phone calls and offered support.

Today I reached Aluva railway station at around 9 am and bought my ticket. I bought my ticket from the private ticket centre.

A girl at the counter instantly recognised me as the lawyer in the Dileep case. A fear rushed through me as this was Dileep’s hometown, and I was not prepared to face any retaliation. Despite knowing this, I politely told her I was indeed the lawyer who represented the actress in the case.

The next moment, I saw the girl’s face turning red and tears welling up in her eyes. I was stunned. She told me how badly she wanted to meet me at least once. She complained that I kept a sullen face while responding to interviews on television and asked me to be cheerful. She even expressed her support and asked me to continue the fight.

When I heard this, my eyes filled with tears. While some are busy abusing and threatening me with fake stories on social media, others understand me. When I gave Rs 35 ticket fee for the ticket, she ignored it and asked me to be careful. I got off the train and reached the Thrissur court. As soon as I got out of the auto, lawyers came running. They held my hands, took selfies and said they were along with me in the fight.”
