Bus cleaner arrested for sexually assaulting LKG student

MALAPPURAM: The police have arrested a bus cleaner for sexually assaulting a LDG student inside the school bus. Kalpakancheri police arrested 28-year-old youth identified as Muhammed Ashiq of Kanmanam in Malappuram. He is an employee of a private school in Kadungathur.

The complaint is that he took the student to the back seat of the bus and sexually assaulted her. Aashiq, arrested has been remanded. A case has also been registered on the complaint that some entered his house and attacked Aashiq and his sister.
