VISAKHAPATNAM: A 35-year-old naval officer was arrested for killing his lover, chopping her body into pieces and storing it in the fridge. He murdered her at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. The arrested is naval officer Chintada Ravindra for killing his lover Polipalli Mounika. Ravindra invited Mounika to his house when his wife went to her own house. A dispute broke out between the two leading to the death of Mounika.

Ravindra is a naval officer posted at the Indian Naval Ship (INS) Dega. He met 29-year-old Mounika through a dating app in 2021. Ravindra called his lover to his house Sunday afternoon.
