RIYADH: United States President Donald Trump announced that the war with Iran would be over within two weeks. But in the meantime, the US suffered a major setback with Iran's attack after a missile attack destroyed the homes of 200 American pilots and fighter jet crews at a US military base in Saudi Arabia.
This was announced by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Brigadier General Seyed Majid Mousavi. An American surveillance AWACS aircraft was also shot down. Iran is widely attacking American bases in Arab countries in a purported retaliation. Due to this, the American military leadership has been forced to move to hotels and offices to seek shelter.
Earlier, Trump threatened Iran, saying: All I can do is leave Iran alone. I'll do it right away. And then they'll collapse. We're getting our work done. I think we'll get our work done in a couple of weeks or two days. We don't need to make a deal with Iran to end the war.
