WASHINGTON: Social media personality Sharath Unnithan, widely known by the name 'Gunda Binu', has passed away. The death occurred in the United States, where he reportedly collapsed and died. The news of his death was shared by his friends through his social media accounts. Actress Sneha Sreekumar and others also expressed their condolences and shared the news.

In a note shared online, it was stated that Sharath Unnithan, a native of Kattanam in Alappuzha, was working in the United States. He became popular on social media through his viral reels under the name “Gunda Binu.” He was also a mimicry artist and had performed with troupes such as Cochin Guinness and Trivandrum Sariga.
