KOLLAM: If the United Democratic Front (UDF) gets a majority, the chief minister will be decided within five minutes, said KPCC working president P C Vishnunath. Not even half an hour will be given to the media for discussions, he said. While speaking to a private channel, he said the high polling percentage is not due to Special Intensive Revision (SIR), but a clear indication that people is hoping for a change in government.

‘The UDF will decide on the chief minister within five minutes of getting the majority. The media will not be given the chance to discuss for half an hour. The high turnout is not due to SIR. It is the verdict of the people who decided to have a change in government. The anti-government sentiment is evident.’

Vishnunath also expressed confidence of winning in Kundara with a bigger majority than last time.
