Worm found in food served to police officers; Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram shut down

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A hotel near Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple was shut down here after some police officers found a worm in the ordered food.

Officers from Fort police station came here and ordered masala dosa. They found a worm in this food and lodged a complaint. Subsequently, the health department of the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation directed to close down the hotel.
