Malayali B Tech student dies in fatal Bengaluru road accident

ALUVA: A B Tech student, native of Aluva, died after his bike rammed into a lorry in a tragic accident in Bengaluru. Alby John Joseph (18), the only son of John and Sunitha couple from Kakkoli near the Kadungallur Kunnil temple in Aluva West, died in the accident.

Alby was a second-year student of Robotics and Mechatronics at Christ College, Bengaluru.

Three days back, Alby’s bike crashed into a lorry coming from the opposite direction on the Kengori- Kumbalgodu service road. Alby, who suffered a serious head injury, was on a ventilator in a private hospital. He died on Sunday evening.

The mortal remains were brought to his home in Kadungallur at 11 am on Monday. The burial was held at St. Joseph's Church cemetery in Karukunnu on Monday evening.
