NEW DELHI: Latest report suggests that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the plea filed by NCP, Shiv Sena and Congress against the Maharashtra governor's decision to swear-in BJP's Devendra Fadnavis as Chief Minister. The apex court will be hearing the matter at 11.30 am.
Earlier, leaders of NCP-Shiv Sena-Congress alliance had alleged that the oath-taking ceremony of Fadnavis was illegal. The leaders have also demanded an immediate floor test in order to avoid any 'horse-trading.'
