Malayali woman who recently visited Rajasthan suspected of being infected with coronavirus

AMBALAPPUZHA: A young Malayali woman, who recently returned back after visiting a church in Rajasthan, was admitted to isolation ward after she experienced symptoms of the novel coronavirus. The woman, who returned back before 10 days, is currently undergoing treatment at the isolation ward of the Alappuzha Medical College Hospital.

According to sources, the woman was taken to the Corona OP after she complained of fever, headache and sore throat. After preliminary tests, the woman was admitted to the isolation ward. The woman's blood samples have been sent to the National Virology Institute, Pune and the Virology lab in Alappuzha Medical College.
