Short film 'Pravasi' based on NRIs' woes goes viral in lockdown times

KOLLAM: The short film Pravasi that portrays the hardships of an NRI who returns to his hometown during lockdown period is going viral.

The film had been shot by artistes sitting at their homes. The gist of the film is the neglect shown to them by Malayalis. The film shows the life of Malayalis abroad, their hard life there and the bad experience they undergo in their own country.

The film has been scripted and directed by K C Shibu. The five-minute film has in its cast actors K P A C Ajeesh Krishna, Rishigopal, Manoj Maneksha and Anuraj Maranadu.

The film made within the lockdown limitation has become a hit within a day, according to its makers
