THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala became the first state to have high tech classrooms in all public schools. This was informed by chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan through Facebook. Over 16,027 schools, 3,74,274 digital devices were distributed for the Smart Classroom scheme. In the first phase, 45,000 high tech classrooms were set up in 4752 high school and higher secondary schools, he said.
High tech labs were facilitated in 11,275 schools in the primary-upper primary level, the chief minister added.
