KOCHI: Dileep has filed an appeal again in the Supreme Court in connection with actress attack case. This time, he has filed an interdict plea against the government. Dileep in the plea has asked that verdict should not be issued without hearing him. The victim and the state government has approached high court asking to change the trial court, expressing lack of faith in the trial court. But the high court denied this demand. Special prosecutor A Sureshan, who had a difference of opinion with the trial court, has also resigned in the meantime.

The state government has approached the supreme court with the demand as the high court has rejected the demand of government and victim to change the trial court. On Saturday, Dileep has submitted the interdict plea against these petitions. The actress and the government approached the high court to change the trial court, citing that the court is behaving with partiality. The victim has also contended that as the prosecutor has lost faith in the trial court, it should not deal with the case anymore. But the high court rejected those petitions citing that it will create a wrong precedence and the court and prosecution should work in a coordinated manner.
