ALAPPUZHA: Minister G Sudhakaran hints at contesting at Ambalapuzha in the coming assembly elections. The minister added that he won’t contest in Kayamkulam even if he had to die. “That place has actually backstabbed me last time and it is ridden with treacherous people and they still have that culture, therefore I will not contest from there this time. But given this situation the party will again win from Kayamkulam because the incumbent MLA is working efficiently,” the minister said.

Sudhakaran further said that Pinarayi Vijayan will definitely get another term as chief minister but whether he will become minister again is unknown. The minister also responded to the poster controversy associated with the inauguration of Muttel bridge in Kayamkulam. Ignoring the MLA of the region U Pratibha set off another controversy. The minister added that ignorant persons have prepared the posters and the bridge was constructed with the intervention of the MLA.
