Conducted campaigns via Kudumbashree violating norms, UDF files complaint against minister K K Shylaja

KOCHI: UDF has filed a complaint before the poll panel against minister K K Shylaja for using Kudumbashree for poll campaigns violating norms. In the plaint, UDF alleges that Kudumbashree members are being asked to take part in the election campaigns of K K Shylaja. It is also added in the complaint that Kudumbashree members were summoned in the name of discussing their pensions.

A voice message of the ADS chief is being circulated in Kudumbashree’s Whatsapp groups which ask members to participate in the Aluva meet in which the minister will be the chief guest. UDF alleges that the meet in Aluva was held as part of the minister’s poll campaign.
