Kulathupuzha woman arrested for sexually abusing 16-year-old boy who was called for sleepover

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A woman has been arrested in a case of sexually abusing a 16-year-old boy who came for a sleepover. Kulathupuzha police have arrested a 69-year-old woman from Kulathupuzha in connection with the incident. The incident took place last September.

A woman living alone used to call a 16-year-old neighbor for sleepovers. The police say the woman sexually assaulted the boy in between. The incident was revealed by the boy himself and the police started a probe after registering the case.

The accused was arrested after it was found that the incident was true. The woman was taken to Punalur taluk hospital for a medical examination, after which the arrest was recorded.
